30-Day Return Window 

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition/packaging
  • The item must must include all original components and packaging (bags, pump if applicable, instruction insert, etc.)
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Note: The above conditions apply to non-defective returns only.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, these conditions do not apply and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost and provide a replacement or refund.

Customer Responsibility Before Dispute

Customers must contact us prior to initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the claim.

We are always willing to resolve issues directly by offering replacements or refunds when appropriate. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and limit our ability to assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund, as determined appropriate by our support team

We are committed to resolving these cases quickly and fairly.

Note: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be denied if sufficient photo or video evidence is not provided.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to: 

  1. Return the original item in unused, unopened condition
  2. Place a new order for the replacement

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Note: Processing times vary by bank and may take several business days to appear.

Not Satisfied With Your Order

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 30-day window. We are happy to work with you to find a fair solution.

Delivery Responsibility 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility is transferred to the recipient.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance in these cases.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Vacura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping and handling fees, which may be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may still be eligible for return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
